Dr. Jacci Fedeler
Veterinarian/Owner
Dr. Jacci grew up on a hobby farm in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Her family had a variety of animals including mostly dogs, cats, and horses, but also cattle, ducks, and 2 sheep and a goat. Growing up caring for these animals and trail riding helped nurture her love of animals and led to her interest in veterinary medicine from a very young age.Jacci’s areas of interest are small animal wellness care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry (equine, and small animal), equine wellness and lameness care.

Dr. Ryan Fedeler
Veterinarian/Owner
Dr. Ryan grew up on his family’s acreage in Madison, South Dakota where the family raised sheep and cattle. Ryan was also extensively involved in 4-H and FFA while growing up Ryan’s areas of interest are wellness care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, small ruminant medicine (sheep and goats), and general livestock medicine.

Dr. Madison Dodds
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Madison grew up on a Ranch near Bowdle, South Dakota where her family raised horses, cattle, and Shetland sheepdogs. Madison grew up showing and training Shelties in both AKC shows and 4-H. Madison’s special interests include dermatology, small animal wellness, soft tissue surgery, and ophthalmology.

Jenna Heier
Technician
Jenna joined our clinic in September of 2018 after graduating from lake area technical college. She graduated with and associates in animal science, studying livestock and equine. Currently Jenna is enrolled through Penn Foster acquiring a second AAS degree to become a certified technician. Her areas of interest are livestock animals, equines, and felines. Jenna is from around Aberdeen, SD but currently lives in Brookings with her significant other and their three cats (Xena, Aella and Perseus), dog (Triton) and two horses.
Bree Folk
Assistant/Technician in training
Bree joined Heartland Veterinary Clinic in July 2021. She grew up in Montevideo, MN where she raised rabbits and participated in 4-H and FFA. She is currently attending Penn Foster’s online program to achieve an associate’s degree in veterinary technology and to become a registered veterinary technician. Bree has special interests in exotics, especially in pocket pets. She has two rabbits, Lily and Notch, two guinea pigs, Ethel and Beverly, and one little mouse, Millie Jo.
Callie Deslauriers
Technician
Callie joined our clinic in January 2022. She graduated in 2021 from Ridgewater College with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology. She loves working with our small animal and exotic patients. Callie grew up on a farm by Gary, SD. She has a dog named Piper and some barn cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, puzzles, and spending time with family.
